Terms and Conditions

Application Process:

Applications must be submitted online through the College website: https://mjc.edu.sa
A non-refundable registration fee of SAR 1,000 must be paid through the approved payment channels.

General Requirements:

The applicant must hold a high school certificate or equivalent, issued from inside or outside the Kingdom.
The applicant must successfully pass any test or personal interview required by the college council.
The applicant must be medically fit.
A written approval from the employer must be provided if the applicant is employed.
The applicant must not have been dismissed from any university or college for disciplinary reasons.
The required documents must be submitted as specified by the Admissions Office, and the registration fee must be paid.
Admission is based on merit and available capacity, according to GPA and specific program requirements.

Required Documents:

A copy of the high school certificate or equivalent (original documents must be presented during in-person review). *
A copy of the national ID or residence permit (Iqama) and passport for non-Saudis (original documents must be presented during in-person review). *
A copy of the General Aptitude Test (Qudrat) *
A copy of the Scholastic Achievement Admission Test (Tahsili).
Employer approval, if the applicant is employed.
A medical report. *
A recent personal photo (for male applicants only). *

The applicant must pass any test or personal interview required by the college council.
The applicant must be medically fit.
If employed, the applicant must provide written approval from their employer.
The applicant must submit the required documents as specified by the College’s Admission and Registration Office.
Admission is based on merit and program-specific requirements.

Required Documents for Diploma Graduates:

A copy of the high school certificate or equivalent (original must be presented in person). *
A copy of the national ID or residence permit (Iqama) and passport for non-Saudis (original must be presented in person). *
A copy of the diploma graduation certificate (original must be presented in person). *
A copy of the academic transcript (original must be presented in person). *
Employer approval, if the applicant is employed.
A medical report. *
A recent personal photo (for male applicants only).
